This is a planning model. It is not a live event, a permit, a contract, a ticket sale or a cost quote. Nothing here is booked and no ticket exists. Loophole is a concept and no site has been selected. The numbers move because you move the sliders.

Each district has its own build, crew and power cost. Quiet Quarter and Recovery cost nothing to open. Open them.
The Escrow Gates. The Standard target is 20 per 1,000, that is 2%.
Every dollar here comes straight off the ticket price. This is the entire point of the Reservoir.
Every number above comes from the Standard. Not from some private spreadsheet. If your event cannot afford free water, your event is too big.
