03. Build it
Weekly check-ins, real feedback, full credit. You're a collaborator, not free labor.
04. Get paid, get proof
You get a stipend from the Copper Reservoir. You get work for your portfolio. After 3 projects you can take paid Steward jobs.
Students here are partners, not cheap labor. Finish a project and you get paid, and we say what you got paid. This is written into the Steward Handbook. Every mentor reads it before they meet a student. It is not a slogan. It is a rule.
