Build the next version.

Cargo City is designed to be a place where young people can make things, not just attend things.

Neither programme is running yet. There is no cohort, no intake and no date — Cargo City does not have a site. This is the shape we have committed to, published before it exists so it can be held to. When a first session is real it gets a date, a place and a name here.

Ages 8–17

  • Sargassum + shoreline science
  • Street art, light and sound
  • Safe fabrication and maker sessions
College + emerging professionals

  • Pathways into event and cultural operations

How the model works

Foundation → vote → artist brief → student build → public result.

The infrastructure and safety standards are not popularity contests. The character layer is. People vote on selected design questions; artists explore the winning direction; students and working professionals can help prototype it; the finished result is documented in public.
