What this deliberately does not do: rank anyone on drinking or partying, or let people rate strangers where others can see it. Both would be a harassment surface built on top of a nightlife site, and a drinking leaderboard argues against the same page that lists the overdose Good Samaritan law. What that idea was actually reaching for — a chance to describe yourself, and a way to say something about an experience with someone — is built below, kept private in the second case.
