Each card says where its licence was read and on what day: the project's own site, its own FAQ, or the licence file in its code. A licence like the GPL covers the program, not what you make with it. Where a site gives no licence, the card says so and tells you to ask the maker before you sell anything made with it; we do not use those exports on this site until the maker says yes in writing. A card not re-checked for six months is marked as needing a re-check.
Free, or free with a fair limit. Tell us where its licence lives; a person reads it and checks before anything is added.
